Whew!

Cranberry Caramel Almond Tart

That was kind of a lot of work!  But so worth it.  Mmmmmm!

We'll be spending the next couple days partying with my side of the family.  Hope all my American friends have a fabulous Thanksgiving!

  4. Looks delicious!! I made something similar - Caramel Nut Tart - but thought it was too sweet. Seems like the cranberry would add a nice tartness to yours.

    My son is a vegetarian as well, and he filled up on mashed potatoes, corn, and dessert!
